By registering for or accessing services by Selvaraj Karthikeyan (Cloud Kitchen Pro), you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Offered
We provide masterclasses, workshops, coaching, and downloadable resources related to cloud kitchens, food business, and entrepreneurship.
The 4-Day Cloud Kitchen Launch Workshop includes:
4 live sessions conducted via Zoom (scheduled 2-4 times per month)
Each workshop runs over 4 consecutive days (typically Thursday to Sunday)
Session timings: 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM IST daily
Exclusive bonuses and templates (worth ₹2.85L+)
Access to WhatsApp community for workshop updates
Optional: Workshop recordings (available for separate purchase)
2. Payments
Registration Fee:
All payments are one-time and non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 3 (Refund Policy).
Early Bird Price: ₹299
Price may vary based on promotional offers.
Recording Access (Optional):
Workshop recordings are available for an additional fee during registration.
Recordings provide 3 months of access from the date of purchase.
Recordings are for personal use only and cannot be shared, distributed, or resold.
Payment Processing:
All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payment Gateway.
By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.
3. Rescheduling & Refunds
By Participants:
If you are unable to attend your registered workshop batch, you may reschedule to the next available batch by informing us via email at [email protected].
Rescheduling is allowed once per registration, subject to availability in the next batch.
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions: You have attended all 4 live sessions in your workshop batch You are not satisfied with the workshop content You send a refund request via email within 7 days of the last session
Refund requests must include your payment receipt and reason for dissatisfaction.
By Cloud Kitchen Pro:
If a workshop batch is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will receive: Automatic transfer to the next available batch, OR A full refund if you prefer not to continue
No Refunds:
Refunds will not be issued if: You miss any of the 4 live sessions in your scheduled batch You do not attend the workshop after registration (but you may reschedule once) You request a refund after the 7-day window You have purchased optional recordings (recordings are non-refundable once access is granted)
4. Intellectual Property
All recordings, slides, workbooks, templates, bonuses, and content provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of Selvaraj Karthikeyan (Cloud Kitchen Pro).
Your Rights:
You may use the templates, tools, and strategies provided in the workshop for your own business purposes.
You may implement the systems and frameworks taught in the workshop.
Restrictions:
You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, or reproduce our content without written permission.
You may not share workshop recordings with others (if purchased separately).
You may not use our intellectual property for commercial training or resale purposes.
Violation:
Any unauthorized use or distribution of our content may result in legal action and termination of access to all services.
5. Disclaimer
Our workshops and coaching are designed to educate and support participants. However:
Results May Vary:
Results depend on individual effort, dedication, business model, market conditions, and execution.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue, profit, or business success.
No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes:
While we provide frameworks like the ₹5 Lakh Launch Plan, we do not guarantee that you will achieve ₹5L in revenue or any specific financial result.
Success in business depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including your commitment, market dynamics, and execution quality.
Educational Purpose:
The workshop is for educational and informational purposes only.
It is not a substitute for professional business, financial, or legal advice.
Always consult with qualified professionals before making business decisions.
6. Workshop Access & Attendance
Live Sessions:
The workshop consists of 4 live sessions conducted on Zoom.
Workshops are conducted 2-4 times per month
Each batch typically runs over 4 consecutive days (Thursday to Sunday)
Session timings: 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM IST daily
Specific dates for your registered batch will be confirmed via email and WhatsApp
Zoom links will be shared via email and WhatsApp before each session
Recordings (Optional Purchase):
If you have purchased optional recordings, you will receive 3 months of access from the date of purchase.
Recordings are hosted on a secure platform and are for personal use only.
Access links will be shared via email after payment confirmation.
Recordings cannot be downloaded, shared, or distributed.
Technical Issues:
We are not responsible for technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device compatibility, etc.).
In case of technical issues on our end, we will reschedule the session or provide alternative access.
Rescheduling to Next Batch:
If you cannot attend your registered batch, you may reschedule to the next available batch (subject to availability).
Rescheduling must be requested before your registered batch starts.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Any damages caused by interruptions in services (technical issues, internet failures, Zoom outages, etc.)
Misuse or misinterpretation of advice given in our workshops
Business decisions made based on workshop content
Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunities
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
Maximum Liability:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the workshop shall not exceed the amount you paid for registration (₹299).
8. User Conduct
By participating in the workshop, you agree to:
Attend sessions on time and participate respectfully
Not disrupt or distract other participants
Not record, screenshot, or share workshop content without permission
Not use abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language in the WhatsApp community or Zoom sessions
Follow all instructions provided by the instructor and moderators
Violation of these rules may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
9. Bonuses & Templates
Bonus Materials:
All participants receive ₹2.85L+ worth of bonuses, including templates, SOPs, blueprints, and frameworks.
Bonuses are delivered digitally via email or downloadable links.
Bonuses are for personal business use only and cannot be resold, shared, or distributed.
Availability:
Bonus materials are typically delivered within 48 hours of workshop completion.
Some bonuses may be provided during the live sessions.
10. Privacy & Data Usage
Your personal information (name, email, phone number, payment details) will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will use your data to:
Send workshop updates and reminders
Provide access to Zoom sessions and recordings
Share marketing and educational content
Process payments securely
You may opt-out of marketing emails at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
